Cafezin brings the heart of Brazil to the soul of Seattle. This coffee is more than a drink. It is a daily ritual, a moment to slow down and savor. Each cup connects generations of tradition with a modern, mindful twist.
House Origin
Grown on the mountain slopes above Carmo de Minas and pulped-natural processed to keep its sweetness whole, this is a cup with depth you have to earn your way into. Dark and quiet on top, layered and generous underneath.
Water
The core. Nothing on the surface that wasn't earned underneath. A cup that runs deeper the longer you sit with it.
Earth
Fruit concentrated by time, sweetness that had to age before it arrived. The reward for slowness.
Air
The warm top note you meet first. The greeting, before the chocolate depth lands.
Fire
The bean carries water, earth and air on its own. The fourth element arrives with the roast. Nothing here reaches its real character until it has been through heat.

Wake up slow. Breathe deep. Brew with intention.
Cafezin isn't just coffee. It's your reset button.
Cafezin isn't a store. It's coffee I roast in small batches and share with people I'm glad to know. If we've crossed paths and you'd like to try the Cocarive, tell me where to send it and a bag is on me.
